E + 1 O&M offers the Services, with organization of the necessary means and with management at your own risk, in a workmanlike manner, with the regularity and diligence required of a primary national operator expert in the management and maintenance of photovoltaic systems similar to the one here in question, using the appropriate technologies, in compliance with the Applicable Regulations, the Technical Specifications as described on the attached sheets.
